The Our Medical app allows users to conveniently access comprehensive healthcare services. You can easily connect to your healthcare information and interact with the network of genuine General Practitioners at our medical facilities.

• GP CHECK-IN: Users can discreetly check-in to consult a bulk billing GP through a simple process within the app. The option to select your preferred doctor or the next available GP is available, with the added feature of receiving a reminder of your last consultation.
• GP ROSTERS: Plan your visit in advance by viewing the roster of your preferred GP up to two weeks ahead.
• eSCRIPTS: Any eScripts issued by your GP can be securely stored in your eScript wallet. Users have the flexibility to show the eScript at the pharmacy for immediate dispensing or conveniently order online.
• HEALTH DOCUMENTS: Receive electronic copies of important documents from your doctor, such as medical certificates, specialist referrals, radiology, and pathology reports. Stay informed with notifications regarding test results returning to your doctor for follow-up discussions.
• TELEHEALTH: Exclusive to current Our Medical patients, the app offers the ability to queue up for telehealth consultations where applicable.
• MANAGE ALLIED APPOINTMENTS: Easily book and organize appointments with allied health professionals or Specialists directly through the app.
• MANAGE YOUR INFO: Keep all essential contact details and relevant cards information such as Medicare, DVA, Pensioner, and Health Care up to date. Manage dependants listed on the same Medicare card efficiently.
